World Cocoa Foundation Supports Cocoa Care

Posted on October 14, 2014 by Cocoa Care | 0 comments

We are thrilled to announce the World Cocoa Foundation has joined forces with Cocoa Care to help replant old, dead or non-producing Cocoa Trees in Soppeng, South Sulawesi.

The World Cocoa Foundation are long time supporters of Cocoa Paper, the sister business of Cocoa Care, and we are excited that World Cocoa Foundation have combined their bi-annual purchase of Cocoa Paper note books for their hugely successful conferences with our Cocoa Care Tree Planting program.

Participants at this year's 26th WCF Partnership Meeting & Cocoa Sustainability Trade Fair in Copenhagen, Denmark will receive a Cocoa Paper note book AND a top grafted highly productive cocoa tree will be planted in their honor!

Cocoa Care's tree replacement program provides cocoa farmers with top quality, highly productive cocoa tree seedlings desperately needed to replace their old, dead or non producing trees along with 12 months supply of fertilizer mix and a helping hand from a Cocoa Carer.

Programs like these are vital to ensure cocoa farming families maximize their annual productivity which ultimately helps to secure their financial future and escape the poverty trap. A helping hand from a Cocoa Carer ensures ongoing success of their cocoa farming family business.

Our sincere thanks to World Cocoa Foundation for extending your helping hand to communities in Indonesia through the Cocoa Care programs.
